Paladin’s Warranty: 5-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased before 2023. 3-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased in 2023 or later.
- Cash Drawers rarely fail; most warranty issues happen in shipping.
- After 30 days, most issues can be resolved over the phone.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: 2-year, against manufacturer defects.

Paladin’s Warranty: 5-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased before 2023 (excluding Dell). 3-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased in 2023 or later (excluding Dell).
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Acer: 3-year, limited warranty.
- Dell: 3-year, limited warranty.
  - If an issue is suspected contact Dell with the Serial Number and allow Dell to do diagnostics.
- ELO: 3-year, limited warranty plus advance unit replacement.
  - We will have to contact ELO on repair issues. Once a diagnosis is obtained consult with Fulfillment on how to proceed.
    - If phone support doesn’t resolve issue, ELO will ship a replacement unit next business day.

Paladin’s Warranty: 5-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased before 2023. 3-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased in 2023 or later.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Varies.
- We have sold several brands of Network Switches and Routers; Obtain the Brand, Model and Serial Number and consult with Fulfillment to verify manufacturer’s warranty.

Paladin’s Warranty: Free diagnosis on PC’s. 1-year limited warranty on Keyboard and Mouse.
- If an issue is suspected contact Dell ProSupport with the Service Tag Number and allow Dell to do diagnostics. Do not let them reinstall the OS! Once a diagnosis is obtained consult with Fulfillment on how to proceed.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: 3-year, Dell ProSupport with on-site, next business day.

Paladin’s Warranty:
- Receipt printers: 5-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased before 2023. 3-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased in 2023 or later.
- Label printers: 5-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased before 2023. 3-year no-hassle exchange for products purchased in 2023 or later. (excluding portable label printer).
- Free diagnosis for Lexmark printers.
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Star receipt printers: 2-year, limited warranty.
- TSC Label Printers: 2-year (1-year, limited warranty for print head and platen roller).
- GoDEX Label Printers: 3-year, limited warranty.
- Lexmark: 1-year, limited warranty.

Paladin’s Warranty: Facilitate Manufacturer’s 2-year, limited warranty.
- Exchange or replacement units are not offered unless it’s a new RF unit within the first 90 days of purchase.
- If after normal troubleshooting, a unit is found to need repair, issue a call tag for the unit to be returned to Paladin. Ask for the complete unit to be returned, i.e. handheld, base, power supplies and cables.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: 2-year, limited warranty against defects and workmanship. Damage is excluded!
